While the surroundings provided breathtaking views of the mountains, I found some aspects of my stay rather indicative of the hotel's overall value proposition. the breakfast featured a range of options, although the quality edged towards average rather than exceptional. Complemented by a friendly staff, the morning meal offered an opportunity to fuel up before exploring Ljubljana. Guests should be aware of potential noise issues, particularly if wedding celebrations are taking place, as my family experienced a loud disturbance until late at night without any subsequent acknowledgment from management at check-out. The convenience of ample on-site parking is a significant advantage for those traveling by car, but the limited dining options in the vicinity might warrant a drive into the city. B&B Janežič strikes a commendable balance between cost and comfort, making it a practical choice for budget-conscious travelers seeking a home base near Slovenia's capital.
